While teachers are getting a short summer break, ZGTU volunteers are already preparing for the continuation and expansion of the Trout-In-the-Classroom (TIC) program for the 2018 – 2019 school year.
During the past year, Arizona supported 33 schools in the Arizona TIC program. A fall workshop for new teachers and volunteers is scheduled for August 11th at the AZGFD headquarters. Mark your calendar to attend and learn more about the program.
Volunteers are needed in many different roles and the amount of time is minimal over the school year. More information on the TIC program, to sign-up as a volunteer, sign-up for newsletters and notices can be found at www.aztic.org and
